Responsibility

• Identify and explore modernization opportunities
• Establish and develop good relationship with customers including Owner, Architect, Consultant and Property Management Company
• Perform site visit and prepare cost estimation of modernization proposal
• Prepare modernization proposal with solutions catering customer’s request and follow up with the customer
• Drive profitable growth that meet with management’s target
• Collect market information for management in formulating sales strategy
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination actions with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise.

Requirement

• Degree holder in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplines
• At least 1 – 2 years sales experience, preferably in E&M / construction / service industries
• Well-versed in handling tenders, negotiation and closing deals
• Fluent written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Experience in customer relationship management and proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Modernization Sales Executive
