職責 :

  • 一般秘書工作
  • 辦公室文秘, 提供行政支援及管理人員的日常工作 一般行政及文書工作

  • 接聽電話

Responsibilities:

  • Support general office administration duties
  • Provide secretarial support to Finance team 
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Travel arrangement for whole team 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

資歷 

  • -中六程度或以上
  • -2年以上固定相關工作經驗
  • -中英文程度能處理商業往來文件, 良好的溝通能力
  • -懂電腦的文書處理軟件
  • -工作認真, 有責任心及處事細心

Requirements 

  •     At least 5 year general office experience
  •     5-day work 9-6pm 
  •     Secondary school graduate
