Responsibilities:
- Support general office administration duties
- Provide secretarial support to Finance team
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Travel arrangement for whole team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
資歷
- -中六程度或以上
- -2年以上固定相關工作經驗
- -中英文程度能處理商業往來文件, 良好的溝通能力
- -懂電腦的文書處理軟件
- -工作認真, 有責任心及處事細心
Requirements
- At least 5 year general office experience
- 5-day work 9-6pm
- Secondary school graduate
