Our client is a local department store, currently looking for a buyer that specialize in Cosmetic and Beauty products

Office in Kowloon Bay

Salary up to $25,000

Responsibilities:

· Analyze market trends, merchandise assortment and sales performance on merchandise categories

· Manage concessionaires' portfolio, new lease, renewal & negotiation and tenancy administration

· Source and develop commercial opportunities, including sourcing new vendors/suppliers to maintain a unique selling proposition for the company

· Monitor inventory through appropriate stock planning and allocation

· Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide product information for supporting marketing campaigns and in-store activities

· Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to achieve competitive prices and terms

Requirements:

· Degree or above

· 5 years of experience in buying or concession counter management

· Having experience in managing multiple brands of Cosmetics/Beauty is highly preferable

· Strong market and business sense

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, perform multi-tasks and good time management skills

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

· Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer / Assistant Buyer

· Immediate available is preferred
