Our client is a global prestigious MNC Insurance Group, now is seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager -Both Product Development and Marketing and Proposition Strategy Event.
Market trends and competitors’ product strategies (including product features, pricing strategies, promotion Analysis;
Drive and implement end-to-end product development projects. It includes to develop the product specification and then to execute the product test plan and launch plan
Work effectively in project implementation with subject matter experts from various functions or external parties to ensure successful project delivery
Develop product related materials to the sales channel and end-customers for their better understanding
Provide product training and inquiry support
Support feasibility study of product initiatives, by providing intelligence and analysis as necessitated
University degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Life Insurance
Good knowledge of Life Insurance, Savings & Health Products
Strong business acumen, innovative thinking and strong team players comfortable with sharing new ideas
Detail-minded, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
