Account Clerk ( Permanent / 2 months Bonus ) #RAA

Description

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations including but not limited to, maintain up-to-date data in accounting system, prepare vouchers, issue cheques;
  • Process and recording AR, AP expense reimbursement transactions;
  • Perform the administration role in Finance Department;
  • To maintain proper filing records;
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned.


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • LCCI Level 2 or equivalent
  • Good PC Skill in MS Office, ERP system & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Detailed mind and able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
