Administrative Manager ( General Office Admin ) #RAA

Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative procurement activities and control relevant costs;
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, office vehicles 
  • Manage repairing and replacement of office facilities;
  • Monitor status of Company's business licenses and registrations;
  • Provide administrative support on cleaning services, in-house driver, receptionist,etc;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields;
  • At least 8 years’ experience in office administration in sizable organizations;
  • Flexible working attitude and detail-orientated;
  • Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills in a team;
  • Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
