Administrative Manager ( General Office Admin ) #RAA
- Manage administrative procurement activities and control relevant costs;
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, office vehicles
- Manage repairing and replacement of office facilities;
- Monitor status of Company's business licenses and registrations;
- Provide administrative support on cleaning services, in-house driver, receptionist,etc;
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields;
- At least 8 years’ experience in office administration in sizable organizations;
- Flexible working attitude and detail-orientated;
- Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills in a team;
- Confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
