Customer Service Officer 客戶服務大使 (上市地產公司) #RAA
Description
工作職責：
- 負責客戶服務中心內日常運作
- 負責商場顧客服務中心一般日常工作 (包括處理顧客查詢、及文書紀錄工作)
- 提供各項商場推廣活動支援
職位要求：
- 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
- 有團隊合作精神，能同時處理多樣工作，主動及能獨立工作
- 良好的廣東話、普通話及英文讀寫能力
- 有商場/地勤/客服全職經驗
- 太古廣場 (pacific place) / 太古城/東涌
- 五天工作 (7-8小時+1小時食飯)
