Location: Mong Kok (Office-based with travel to branches across Hong Kong)
Salary: $25,000 - $32,000 per month x 12 months

  Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote and sell retail financing products, including mortgages and secured loans, to mass-market customers.

• Drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with business partners and conducting outreach sales activities.

• Handle customer inquiries and manage the end-to-end retail credit application process in a professional and compliant manner.

• Identify and fulfill customer needs, making referrals to other banking products (insurance, investments) to achieve comprehensive sales targets.

• Leverage experience in serving Mainland China clients to enhance cross-border business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience in consumer banking; candidates from Dah Sing Bank's "Personal Loan Sales" team are highly preferred.

• Mandatory Licenses: HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent) and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5.

• Strong knowledge of retail financing products and general banking services.

• Outgoing, energetic, sales-driven, and customer-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Cross-border business experience is a significant advantage.

• More experienced candidates will be considered for a Retail Financing Manager title.
