Location: Hong Kong (Store Locations - To Be Confirmed)
Salary: $13,000 monthly basic salary

Compensation & Benefits:

• Double Pay

• Discretionary Bonus

• $7,000 Guaranteed Commission for first 1-2 months

• On-target monthly earnings: $20,000 - $30,000 (basic + commission)

• 11 Annual Leave days (can increase to 15 days) + Birthday Leave

• Follows Hong Kong Public Holidays

• 8 Regular Days Off per month

• 9-hour working day (including 1-hour lunch) per roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets in a flagship store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

• Maintain thorough product knowledge and present merchandise effectively.

• Ensure store presentation and visual standards are impeccably maintained.

• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including payments and after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or flagship settings.

• Passionate about customer service and fashion/luxury products.

• Outgoing, well-groomed, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

• Sales-driven, positive, and a reliable team player.
