Dealer, Global Markets & Structured Products Team
Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Salary Range: HKD 20,000–28,000 per month × 12 months + discretionary bonus (4–6 months)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

The Role

You will be an individual contributor reporting directly to the team head, responsible for executing trades and supporting daily dealing operations in a fast-paced markets environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a well-respected firm in the heart of Wan Chai.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute OTC product orders, with a focus on structured products, bonds, and options

• Ensure trades are executed accurately and in a timely manner

• Handle client inquiries related to trades and orders professionally

• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties

• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and project management

Requirements

• Holds or is willing to obtain SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses; passing HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8, and 9 is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structured products, bonds, or options

• Knowledge of VBA or Python, and experience in project management are highly preferred

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure

• Willing to work shifts or public holidays when required

• Immediate availability is a plus
