About the role

Our client, Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited, is seeking a driven and accomplished Credit Execution / Loan Operation specialist (Level from Officer, to AM, to Manager) to join their team in Hong Kong Island. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the Banking & Financial Services industry, with a focus on Credit.

What you'll be doing

• Executing credit transactions and managing loan operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

• Prepare loan documents and handle operational matters related to personal and commercial loans processing.

• Analyzing credit applications and financial information to make informed lending decisions

• Preparing and reviewing credit documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and compliance forms

• Monitoring loan portfolios and identifying potential risks or issues

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate credit-related information

• Participating in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a credit execution or loan operation role within the Banking & Financial Services industry

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound credit decisions based on financial information

• Excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and credit software applications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

• A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
