Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, ability to work on a rotational shift basis across the following schedules:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 8:50 AM – 5:50 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary HK28,000 – HK35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cheque processing and verification for branch-submitted cheques, acting as the Checker

• Must be familiar with communication with Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited and the cheque exchange procedures

• Ensure cheque exchange and settlement processes are accurate and compliant

• Assist with simple account opening documentation and AML checks when required

• Ensure daily operations comply with bank policies and retail banking workflows

Requirements

• Must be familiar with cheque exchange procedures and communication with Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited

• Experience in cheque processing or cheque verification

• Solid knowledge of retail banking workflows and bank policies

• Diploma or above will be considered

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work on a rotational shift schedule
