Assistant Personal Banking Manager
A leading bank is hiring Assistant Personal Banking Managers for permanent branch sales positions across Hong Kong. This role is suitable for candidates who are already handling both investment and insurance business and are looking for a stable platform to continue growing in branch sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships within the branch network.

• Promote investment, insurance, and MPF products based on clients’ financial needs and risk profiles.

• Handle account opening and support branch sales development through quality service and business referrals.

• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior branch sales experience in banking is essential.

• Candidates must already hold the required licenses for Investment (HKSI 1, 7, 8), Insurance (IIQE 1, 2, 3, 5) , and MPF business. Full relevant licenses are required, including investment, insurance, and MPF qualifications.

• Strong sales mindset, relationship-building ability, and client-facing experience are preferred.

Compensation:

• approximately HK$30,000 - HK$50,000 x 12, depending on experience.
