Investment Services Officer – Retail Banking (Support Role, Non-Sales)
We are currently recruiting an Investment Services Officer for a reputable retail bank. This is a support-focused role with no direct sales responsibilities, ideal for candidates with investment product knowledge seeking a stable banking career.
Location:
- Hong Kong Office
Salary & Benefits:
- HKD 23,000 – 25,000 per month
- Additional incentives and performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute investment transactions via phone for a range of products
- Provide support to sales teams and handle client follow-up activities
- Conduct outbound calls and support hotline operations related to investment services
Product Coverage:
- Equity-linked investments (ELI)
- Unit trusts (UT)
- Bonds
- Capital-protected linked products (CLPGD)
- Currency switching and other investment products
Requirements:
- Must hold valid HKSI licenses: Paper 1, 7, and 8
- Solid knowledge of investment products is required
- Candidates with experience as Assistant Relationship Manager (Assistant RM) in banks are welcome
- Candidates from securities firms with sales support experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and coordination skills
