Description
What will be your routine as a consultant?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects from screening to offering
- Identify and explore market hiring needs, specific industries’ development direction and current market trends
- Provide talent acquisition insights and relevant human resources solutions
- Maintain a good relationship with our business partners, reach out potential markets to expand business network
- Handle and update candidate pool where necessary
Who are we looking for?
- Graduates with bachelor of any discipline – it doesn’t matter
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a good team player
- Flexible to changes and willing to take up challenges
- Passionate to develop a career in recruitment industry
