Manager – Business Analysis & Project Management

Location: Kwun Tong
Salary: HK$40,000 – HK$50,000 per month + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Manage and support end-to-end digital transformation and technology implementation projects
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, users and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive process re-engineering and workflow optimization initiatives
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets and implementation progress
• Conduct business analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
• Experience gained from banking, financial services, insurance, technology companies or consulting firms is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, system implementation or process improvement projects
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with project management methodologies and business analysis practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of English and Chinese
