Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placement
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand hiring needs and connect businesses with suitable talent
• Maintain candidate databases and manage active job assignments
• Work closely with senior consultants to achieve team goals

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years working experience are welcome
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong interest in recruitment and people-focused work
• Target-driven, motivated, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
