工作职责
- 协助统筹跨部门策略性及业务发展项目
- 参与制定银行发展策略、经营计划及业务目标
- 负责市场研究、行业分析及竞争对手分析
- 撰写管理层报告、业务表现分析及策略建议书
- 跟进重点项目进度，并与各部门协调落实执行
- 支持管理层进行业务规划及决策分析
- 协助推动银行整体业务增长及转型项目
职位要求
- 持有工商管理、管理学、金融、经济或相关学科学士学位
- 具1-2年或以上银行相关工作经验
- 曾于企业银行（Corporate Banking）、商业银行（Commercial Banking）或前线业务岗位工作者优先考虑
- 具良好的项目管理及跨部门沟通能力
- 具策略思维、商业触觉及数据分析能力
- 良好的中英文书写及沟通能力
- 能操流利普通话者优先考虑
