Job Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Assist hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and talent requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare job advertisements and manage postings across job boards, social media, and university career portals.
• Support employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and campus recruitment events.
• Manage company social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Native in Cantonese 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Passionate about Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and people engagement.
