We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals at the beginning of their careers who are interested in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and client relationship management. You will receive training and mentorship while developing valuable recruitment and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support business development activities and client engagement initiatives.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide recommendations to clients.
• Manage job postings and maintain recruitment databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• Passionate Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred.

• Candidates who are not native Cantonese speakers will be considered, provided they possess exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and candidates in a business environment.
