Membership & Communications Marketing Manager 

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

• Attracting New Members: Running campaigns to get new high-value clients to join the bank's special programs or credit cards.

• Analyzing Data: Looking at customer spending habits and data to figure out which marketing campaigns work best.

• Planning Events: Organizing exclusive VIP events, workshops, or experiences for top-tier bank members.

• Following Rules: Working with the bank's legal and compliance teams to make sure all marketing materials follow financial regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid marketing, corporate communications, or event management experience.

• Industry Focus: Must have prior marketing/communications experience within financial institutions (FIs) or banking.

• Regional Exposure: Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and managing events is highly preferred.

• Language & Communication: Exceptional command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
