Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Mapping: Identify, screen, and engage top-tier talent across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Clinical Research (CRO), and Biotechnology sectors using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and market mapping.

• Candidate Management: Conduct  interviews, evaluate technical and cultural fit, manage candidate expectations, and guide talent through interview processes and salary negotiations.

• Client Engagement & Brand Building: Shadow senior consultants on client pitch meetings, account management, and candidate presentation decks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or graduating in 2025/2026) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related disciplines.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Cantonese (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience in campus club/ student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.
