Job Purpose

Collaborate with different channel’s sales staff to complete investment transactions by phone

Main Responsibilities

•Achieve KPI & support WS Team to meet sales target.

•Complete investment transactions by phone for all investment products, including Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Funds (UT), Secondary Market Bonds, CLPGD, Currency Switching (CS), CLPD etc.

•Process transactions by adhering to the Bank’s operational procedures.

•Conduct other cross sales activities and service back up such as supporting other hotlines.

•Conduct outbound call on various marketing, sales & service program.

Requirements

•University degree with minimum 2-year experience in sales or service delivery of retail investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.

•Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.

•Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
