Customer Service Officer (Retail Banking – Non Sales)
Location: Hong Kong Contact Centre
Salary: HK$20,000+ per month + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries regarding general retail banking products and services.

Manage and resolve service complaints from both personal and corporate clients professionally.

Support omni-channel customer requests, including Phone, e-Banking, Mobile App, Email, and Social Media platforms.

Identify customer needs and warm-transfer/refer leads to branches or relevant sales departments.
Requirements
-
Experience: Experience as a Bank Teller, Digital Ambassador, or completion of a relevant banking training program is highly preferred.

Knowledge: Good understanding of standard retail banking products, ATM operations, and digital banking platforms.

Skills: Patient, client-centric, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage complaints.

Language: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
