Case Manager – High Net Worth (HNW) Insurance & Underwriting

Location: Kowloon (Corporate Office)

Salary: HK$30,000 – $40,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Opportunity

Join a premium financial platform as a Case Manager focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) insurance cases. We are seeking a high-caliber professional with solid experience in Financial Underwriting and insurance compliance to bridge the gap between clients, banks, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage end-to-end HNW insurance applications, ensuring smooth onboarding and execution.

• Financial Underwriting: Review client financial profiles and conduct preliminary financial underwriting assessments.

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to HKIA regulations, as well as internal AML/KYC standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with HNW clients, private banks (Bancassurance), and insurance brokers to resolve operational and underwriting queries.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HNW Case Management within an Insurance Brokerage or Bancassurance environment.

• Expertise: Deep understanding of Financial Underwriting, HKIA regulations, and AML/KYC workflows.

• Licensing: Current holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 3.

• Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; strong written and spoken English.

• Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication skills and high attention to detail.
