Case Manager – Investment & Insurance

Location: Kowloon
Salary: HKD 30,000 – 40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a financial institution as a Case Manager, focusing on high-net-worth client cases and underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage investment and insurance cases for high-net-worth clients
• Handle financial underwriting and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to facilitate case processing
• Ensure adherence to insurance compliance, AML, and KYC requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in case management for high-net-worth clients
• Strong knowledge of financial underwriting and insurance compliance
• Experience in insurance brokerage or bancassurance is preferred
• Holder of IIQE Papers 1 and 3
• Familiar with HKIA regulations and AML/KYC standards
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong written English skills
