Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers
- Achieve recruitment and sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is an advantage
