Insurance Company - Distribution and Governance (welcome people from corporate banking)

Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support distribution governance and sales control activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in monitoring sales practices, licensing status, and distribution compliance
  • Maintain and review governance records, documents, and data reports
  • Prepare regular management, compliance, and distribution reports
  • Coordinate with sales, compliance, operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory requests
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in finance, distribution support, governance, or compliance
  • IIQE Paper 1 & Paper 3 preferred
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Well‑organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
