IT Helpdesk Support Officer 

Location: Hong Kong Island
Salary: HK$26,000 – HK$34,000 per month + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and end-user technical issues
• Support Windows 10/11 and macOS setup, configuration and troubleshooting
• Handle IT equipment installation, maintenance and user support
• Manage service requests and follow up on incident resolution
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required
• Support IT projects, system upgrades and office technology initiatives
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and support records

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of full-time IT Support / Helpdesk Support experience gained from sizable organizations
• Solid experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
• Hands-on experience in end-user support, troubleshooting and desktop support
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and common business applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with a good team-player attitude
• Good command of English and Chinese
