Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for investment products, including equities, investment funds, and structured products
• Develop and execute product strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and support product development
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to launch new products and optimise existing offerings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in workflow design and process improvement
• Support system enhancement initiatives, including UAT for newly adopted platforms (initial stage involvement)

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience (product management experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of investment products and global financial markets
• Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua
