What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, career aspirations, and suitability for available opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process
• Develop and manage client relationships through cold calling, networking, meetings, and business development activities to understand hiring needs and provide talent solutions
• Match suitable candidates with client requirements and offer market insights on hiring trends and talent availability
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offer negotiations, and oversee the recruitment process through to successful placement
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and hiring activities to support recruitment and business growth

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Outgoing and high energy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Interest in recruitment, sales, consulting, or people-focused careers
