Description
Responsibilities
- Provide premium customer service and personalized shopping experiences
- Develop and maintain VIP clientele through effective clienteling activities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote brand values, products and services professionally
- Support store operations, merchandising and inventory management
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth customers
- Lead and coach team members (Supervisor / Store Manager levels)
Requirements
- Luxury Fashion, High Jewellery, Watches, Beauty or Premium Retail experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Experience handling VIP and high-spending customers is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
