Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers in the Japan market
• Handle business development activities and identify new opportunities
• Manage projects from quotation stage through to delivery
• Coordinate product sourcing, quality-related matters and customer requirements
• Conduct customer visits and maintain close communication with key accounts
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare reports, presentations and business proposals

Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering, Science, Marketing or related disciplines
• JLPT N1 (Level 1) or equivalent Japanese proficiency is required
• 1-2 years or above experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Account Management
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors will be an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Positive, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of Japanese, English and Chinese
• Willing to travel frequently to Japan
