Description
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for general banking products
- Promote a full range of banking products, including: CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Clean Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Credit Card
- Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales efforts
- Understand customers' banking needs to effectively sell and cross-sell appropriate products
- Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate
- Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities
- Collaborate with product specialists to provide comprehensive services to customers
- Conduct all operational procedures in a compliant manner, following the Bank's policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- University degree with related experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and ChineseCandidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
