What You'll Do
• Help candidates find suitable job opportunities.
• Speak with candidates and understand their career goals.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Learn how to identify and match the right talent to the right role.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in ANY discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
