HR Manager - Sizable and Stable Financial Institution #RAA


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle a full spectrum of HR functions, with end-to-end recruitment process includes candidate screening, coordinate interviews, arrange candidate sourcing, payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relations
  • Assist in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet the Company‚Äôs and ensure compliance with employment and related legislation
  • Handle all staff on-boarding and exit matters
  • Provide staff relations support
  • Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' all round HR experience with financial institution background is preferred
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related regulations
  • Strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, hardworking, good communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently
  • Working efficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
