Sales Admin / Account Servicing (Non-sales role) #RAA



  • Maintain good relationship and provide professional customer service to customers
  • Prepare quotation, follow up orders and prepare sales reports
  • Participate in events or exhibitions, e.g. Food Expo
  •  Purchasing, Warehousing to monitor and control the stock level 
  • Communicate with suppliers sourcing new products to fulfill customer’s requirements
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above with min. 2 years working experience preferably in F&B industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
