Sales Admin / Account Servicing (Non-sales role) #RAA
Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship and provide professional customer service to customers
- Prepare quotation, follow up orders and prepare sales reports
- Participate in events or exhibitions, e.g. Food Expo
- Purchasing, Warehousing to monitor and control the stock level
- Communicate with suppliers sourcing new products to fulfill customer’s requirements
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with min. 2 years working experience preferably in F&B industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word
- Immediate available is highly preferred
