Receptionist (Banking Back Office) #RAA

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Station at reception counter and provide front line service subject to the official service hours to public (except lunch hour)
  • To perform daily receptionist duties e.g. handling incoming calls, general enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangements, office facilities reservations, telephone list and floor plans update etc. 
  • To maintain security awareness in the reception area and handle necessary procedures e.g. managing entrances' locks, recording visitors' details and issuing visitor pass
  • To perform general office administrative and logistics services e.g. office equipment maintenance, office supply procurement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good telephone handling skill, presentable, cheerful and pleasant
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
