Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support general office administration duties
  • Provide secretarial support to company and clients
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Travel arrangement for whole team 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements 

  •     Higher diploma or Degree holder 
  •     Fresh graduate with admin intern experience is welcome / 1-2 years secretary experience 
  •     5-day work 9-6pm
