Office Administration Officer #RAA
Description
Job Duties:
- Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
- Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring office renovation and relocation projects
- Coordinate and negotiate with external parties e.g. service contractors and suppliers
- Assist in organizing company activities
- Handle other ad-hoc project as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in project administration
- Good communication skill with different level of people
- Responsible and proactive
- Able to handle multi-tasks with tight deadline
- Good computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, With Japanese language would be an advantage
