Office Administration Officer #RAA

Description

Job Duties:

  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
  • Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring office renovation and relocation projects
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties e.g. service contractors and suppliers
  • Assist in organizing company activities
  • Handle other ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in project administration
  • Good communication skill with different level of people
  • Responsible and proactive
  • Able to handle multi-tasks with tight deadline
  • Good computer knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, With Japanese language would be an advantage
