Job Description


  • Performing receptionist duties including office reception areas, greeting visitors and setting up conference rooms
  • Handling office administrative work and provide clerical support
  • Handling logistics arrangement of internal and external document transfer
  • Handling telephone, email and fax enquiry
  • Providing admin support such as office equipment maintenance, stationery ordering and service arrangement
  • Providing support to any ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above with min 2 years working experience in sizable companies. Customer service experience is advantage
  • Responsible, initiative, reliable and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • 5 days work and job location at Sheung Wan / Kwun Tong
