Call Centre Officer / Customer Service Officer - Sizable MNC #RAS

Responsibility

  • Handle general enquiries by phone in a professional manner, provide accurate and satisfactory responses
  • Work closely with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, resolution
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with call center experiences
  • Minimum of 1 year of solid client service / relationship management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
