- Handle general enquiries by phone in a professional manner, provide accurate and satisfactory responses
- Work closely with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, resolution
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
- Higher Diploma or above with call center experiences
- Minimum of 1 year of solid client service / relationship management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
