Senior Human Resources Officer / Assistant Human Resources Manager #RHK

Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in talent development projects to support the people development strategies of the company;
  • Maintain accurate learning record, monitor staff training effectiveness and recommend improvement solutions;
  • Assist in sourcing and managing the external consultants on the design and delivery of training solutions to meet business needs;
  • Handle compensation & benefits tasks, including monthly payroll, benefits administration etc; and
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training or human resources functions. Exposure in insurance / financial industry is preferable;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A team player, self-motivated and client-oriented;
  • Good command of English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing; and
