IT Helpdesk Support Engineer #RHK



  • Provide 1st level of hotline/phone support (during office & non-office hours) and deskside support services to internal business units and users
  • Follow the policies and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the cases to ticket closure
  • Technical support for Desktop PCs and mobility devices – both software and hardware
  • Assist in deploying IT system /application projects
  • Physical setup of computers and software system installation
  • Maintain the IT inventory, such as software, hardware and networking equipments, etc
  • Provide other IT-related support as required by the business


  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
  • Possess end-user facing and customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Knowledge in computer hardware, enterprise servers, network, mobile and handheld devices
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently
  • A good team player; result and solution-oriented
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available or short-term notice is preferred
