Responsibilities:

• To perform loan origination, loan administration and customer service duties;
• To liaise with and monitor the performance of appointed servicers and agents;
• To prepare management statistics and reports;
• To provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects; and
• The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in mortgage loan operations;
• Experience in loan origination, loan recovery and reverse mortgage operations would be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset;
• Strong PC skills in MS Excel and MS Access;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
