Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics workflows including shipment planning & execution, import/export procedures & documentations
• Liaise with both internal and external parties/ warehouse for shipment and/ or delivery arrangement.
• Constantly review existing workflows and provide improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency, eliminate losses and deliver cost savings  
• Supervise and review logistics' activities to investigate and develop possible solutions to improve the efficiency of logistics documentation process

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 5 years trading/ logistics management experience gained from sizable manufacturing company
• Solid experience in handling full set of I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration for garments/ textiles goods
• Excellent knowledge in I/E procedure and regulations, incoterms, L/C & banking documents
