Senior Human Resources Officer (C&B and Training) #RHK

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide C&B HR support and control regarding insurance, payroll, budget & forecast, analysis reports
  • Manage the IPL enhancement and ensure the records are maintained accurately
  • Administer the compensation data to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Liaise with other HR partners and external vendors regarding the payroll and benefits administration
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines
  • 3 years or above experience in C&B/ Payroll, of which from F&B or retail industries is preferred
  • Good understanding of Labour Ordinance in HK
  • Knowledge in using IPL is an advantage
  • Good communications skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to details
  • Strong business mindset and good understanding on retail C&B needs and impact
  • Independent, passionate, positive thinking, fast-paced, multi-tasking, result-oriented, self-motivated and team player
  • Less experience will be considered as HR Officer
  • Immediate available is preferred
