Shipping Clerk/Shipping Coordinator/Logistics Coordinator #RHK
- Prepare all of shipping documents (sales contract, invoice and packing list etc)
- Input all of shipping data in SAP system
- Communicate with Supplier & Buyer for shipping documents
- Cover admin Jobs (order stationery, manage office insurance, prepare working visa documents etc)
- Form 7 or above
- At least 2~3years working experience in relevant field.
- Able to handle all of shipping & admin documents.
- Good in spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge in SAP and good computer skill (MS Office).
- Immediately available is preferred
