Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular management reports and budget control reports.
• Assist in the development and optimization of Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting purposes.
• Handle clerical tasks, including document preparation in both Chinese and English.
• Support system implementation, including preparing user requirements and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Process ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
• Work on financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate; a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of full-time experience, preferably in banking, accounting, audit, or other relevant industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Familiarity with banking business and financial reporting is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MIS skills and common PC applications, including Chinese input, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with database tools like Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-driven with a strong learning attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
