Description
Location: Kowloon (Near Hung Hom)
Salary: HK20,000−HK20,000−HK24,000 x 12 months + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to credit card inquiries (average 40-50 calls per day).
- Assist customers with credit card applications, account status, billing, and rewards programs.
- Provide professional and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- No complaint handling required – focus on general inquiries in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- University degree holder.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking call centre or credit card company.
- Experience in handling credit card inquiries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English is a plus.
